Everything started with the dream of creating a place, a meeting point in Izmir, that will brings the historical and socio-cultural texture of Alsancak back to the present, just like in the good old days.
Our encounter with two neighboring Greek houses from the 19th century located on Alsancak Cumhuriyet Boulevard, with their tired backs leaning against each other, was a turning point for this dream and passion to come true.
These neighboring houses which hosted many people in the past, opened their doors to many loves, joys, and sometimes sadness and which are filled with memories had been abandoned by their former residents and were in a dilapidated condition.
Within the scope of the transformation initiated with the "BonVivant" project, historical houses were restored in accordance with their originals thanks to the survey and restitution works carried out with great care and regained their original identity in the old days.
“BonVivant Houses”, which have been brought to the social life of Alsancak with this historical transformation, opens its doors to its new friends who enjoy every moment of life and love to live well and quality, to inspiring meetings, many conversations, comminserations, in short, pleasant moments that will create brand new memories.
